The appeal clearly stated that in just over 2 months, Nghe An has suffered 3 consecutive major storms, especially storm No. 10 with strong winds of level 11-12, gusts of level 15, causing heavy damage over a wide area.
Tens of thousands of houses had their roofs blown off, washed away, and collapsed; thousands of hectares of crops and seafood were lost; tens of thousands of livestock and poultry died; many roads and bridges were damaged and deeply submerged in floodwaters.
