Ca Mau Fatherland Front responds to Humanitarian Month

Ca Mau promotes propaganda and mobilization to respond to the 2026 Humanitarian Month to care for people in difficult circumstances.

On May 11, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province issued a document requesting departments, branches, and localities to strengthen propaganda to officials, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and people about the purpose and meaning of the Humanitarian Month; and at the same time mobilize organizations and individuals to actively participate in humanitarian and charitable activities, supporting the poor and vulnerable in society.

Previously, on May 8, Ca Mau province organized a launching ceremony to respond to the 2026 Humanitarian Month along with the Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health and the Workers' Month. The activity aims to promote the tradition of solidarity, mutual affection and mobilize social resources to care for difficult circumstances in the area.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requests units to coordinate in mobilizing, donating and posting funds to support the Humanitarian Month 2026 through the accounts of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society and the Ca Mau Provincial Red Cross Society; and at the same time receive direct support at the Ca Mau Provincial Red Cross Society. The mobilization period is from now until the end of May 31, 2026.

Through activities in response to the 2026 Humanitarian Month, Ca Mau province continues to spread human values, raise community awareness about humanitarian work, contributing to ensuring social security in the area.
