On the afternoon of November 27, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term (first working session).
Mr. Huynh Quoc Viet, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province and 345 official delegates representing all classes of people, ethnic groups and religions in Ca Mau province.
At the first working session, delegates asked for opinions on the form of voting in the Congress; Trade Union elected the Presidium and Secretary of the Congress; Approving and asking for opinions on the Congress program; Comprehensive report on the situation of delegates attending the Congress; Report on reviewing the activities of the Committee and Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024 - 2029 term; Report on synthesizing comments on the draft documents of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress of Ca Mau province; comments on the draft documents of the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Report on synthesizing comments on the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (amended and supplemented).
The first meeting of elections to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province for the 2025 - 2030 term. The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2025-2030 term held its first meeting to unanimously elect positions in the Standing Committee.
According to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, the preparation of Congress documents was conducted closely and scientifically, in accordance with the direction of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
On the theme of the Congress: "Promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; enhancing the core political role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; innovating the organization, content, and methods of operation; determined to build a civilized and modern Ca Mau, a driving force of the region".
The Congress identified the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", which is strategic orientation, demonstrating the spirit of innovation and aspiration to rise up of organizations and people in the current period.
Regarding personnel work, strictly implement the instructions of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, ensuring the structure, standards, age, expertise and representation of components and classes according to regulations. Personnel are prepared to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new period.
