Ca Mau - It is expected that the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ca Mau province (new) will after the merger and socio-political organizations and mass organizations headquartered in the current Ca Mau province will be merged.

According to the project, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio -political organizations, the mass associations assigned by the Party and the State at the provincial level on the basis of merging the above organizations corresponding to the two provinces of Bac Lieu and Ca Mau province; ensure that after arranging Ca Mau province (new), organize the performance of tasks effectively and appropriately according to the provisions of the Constitution (amended), the Vietnam Fatherland Front Law (amended); promote the advantages and results achieved in the work of organizations in the past 2 provinces; Strengthen solidarity and support each other to continue completing the tasks in the post -arrangement work.

The apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations and mass associations assigned by the Party and the State at the provincial level is as follows:

Regarding the organization of the Leadership of the Fatherland Front: The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee exchanged and united in the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee issued a decision to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau Province (new) and recognize the Commissioner of the Committee and the titles of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province (Chairman, Vice Chairman).

It is expected that the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau Province (after consolidation) is 10 comrades including the Chairman, 4 Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province today and 5 heads of provincial socio -political organizations. In which, 1 vice president and at the same time as Chairman of Labor Federation; 1 Vice Chairman and at the same time as Chairman of the Farmers Association; 1 Vice Chairman and at the same time as Chairman of the Women's Union; 1 Vice Chairman and at the same time as Secretary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; 1 Vice President and the same president of the Veterans Association. When the Congress shall comply with the guidance of the competent authority.

Regarding the organization of the apparatus, arrange the advisory and supporting agency into 10 departments and units, specifically as follows:

Office; Organizing Committee, inspection; Democratic Committee, social supervision and criticism; Trade Union Working Department; Farmer's working balance; Children's working balconies; Women's working balance; Veterans working balconies; Mass association work and social mobilization; Committee for Ethnic Minorities, Religions and Propaganda.

Regarding the arrangement of leaders and units of advisory and assisting: The arrangement of deputy comrades of the heads of the provincial socio -political organizations cum heads of committees and units of the advisory and assisting agency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province. In the immediate future, it is possible to keep the number of deputy heads of the existing departments and units.

It is expected that, after the merger, the number of payrolls, the working people of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the provincial socio -political organizations are 181 cadres, civil servants, officials and 25 labor contracts. The number of people working in the mass associations assigned by the Party and the State at the provincial level is 174.

Regarding working headquarters: After implementing the consolidation and staffing of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations, the Mass Associations assigned by the Party and State to the new Ca Mau province will focus on working at the headquarters of corresponding agencies and organizations at the political and administrative center of Ca Mau province.
