According to the person who posted the clip, on the afternoon of July 31, on the way home from school, this person witnessed a warm moment. When the bus stopped at the pick-up and drop-off point, a disabled passenger had difficulty getting out of the bus.
Immediately, the service staff on the bus proactively approached, supported and helped passengers step by step get out of the bus in a caring manner.

Talking to a reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of Hanoi Transport Corporation (Transerco) confirmed the incident.
According to Transerco, the bus with license plate 29B-199.25 is controlled by driver Nguyen Van Cau and service staff Nguyen Van Du, serving on route 63 - North Thang Long Industrial Park (Me Linh).
The passenger supported is Ms. Nguyen Thi Le, a disabled person who regularly uses this bus route. According to Transerco representatives, Ms. Le is often supported by bus staff when getting on and off the bus.
