On the morning of January 13, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front organized a Conference to collect opinions from voters in their workplaces on people expected to run for National Assembly Deputy of the XVI term.
At the conference, voters listened to Comrade Nguyen Phi Long - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central mass organizations - thoroughly grasp the purpose, requirements, and standards of National Assembly deputies; introduce the list of people expected to run for National Assembly Deputy of the XVI term, including:
Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Comrade Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Unions.
Comrade Vu Van Tien - Member of the Presidium, Member of the Party Committee Executive Committee, Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of the Propaganda and Training Department of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Comrade Nguyen Quynh Lien - Member of the Presidium of the 10th Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Head of the Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism Committee, Agency of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
After listening to the summary biography of the personnel nominated for the 16th National Assembly term, the voters spoke, affirming that the personnel expected to be nominated for the 16th National Assembly term have solid political qualities, capacity in work, ensuring capacity, bravery, intelligence and qualifications to meet the requirements of nominating for the 16th National Assembly term.
The opinions of voters highly appreciated the experience, rich practical vision, especially the feelings and responsibility of the comrades for their work.
At the conference, 100% of voters voted unanimously to introduce comrades: Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Ha Thi Nga, Nguyen Thai Hoc to participate in the election of National Assembly deputies of the XVI term; unanimously to introduce comrades: Vu Van Tien, Nguyen Quynh Lien to participate in the election of full-time National Assembly deputies of the XVI term.
Representing the comrades expected to run for National Assembly Deputy of the XVI term, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front thanked the attention, trust, and confidence of voters of the agency for introducing the comrades to participate in running for National Assembly Deputy of the XVI term.
According to comrade Ha Thi Nga, this is an honor, a pride, and also a very great responsibility for the comrade personally and the comrades who are introduced to run this time.
We are very aware that National Assembly deputies are not only representatives of the people, representing the people to participate in deciding important issues of the country, but also a bridge between the State and the people. That responsibility requires each deputy to be truly exemplary, objective, close to the people, listen to the people, respect the people and must truthfully reflect the opinions and aspirations of voters at the National Assembly forums," Comrade Ha Thi Nga expressed.
On behalf of the introduced comrades, Comrade Ha Thi Nga said that no matter what position they hold, if they are honored to be elected by voters to become National Assembly deputies of the XVI term, they will continue to cultivate political bravery, maintain moral qualities, and promote work experience to actively and responsibly participate in the legislative work and supervisory activities of the National Assembly according to regulations.
At the same time, promote their role and responsibility in closely coordinating with the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and associations assigned tasks by the Party and State at all levels to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members, association members, and people, making an important contribution to perfecting policies and laws, consolidating the great national unity bloc.
