On the afternoon of November 13, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province organized a program to receive support for the people of Gia Lai province to overcome the consequences of storm No. 13.
The program was attended by comrades: Thai Dai Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Pham Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Ngoc Luong - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, along with more than 90 agencies, organizations and enterprises inside and outside the province.
According to statistics as of November 13, storm No. 13 has killed 2 people, injured 12 people and caused severe damage to infrastructure, agricultural production; greatly affected people's lives and production and business activities of enterprises in the province, with total estimated damage of more than VND5,000 billion.
Immediately after the storm, Gia Lai province mobilized all resources, focusing on overcoming the consequences caused by the storm to soon stabilize people's lives, restore socio-economic development and production and business activities of enterprises in the province.
At the same time, Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee issued a letter calling for support for Gia Lai province to overcome the consequences of storm No. 13.

At the program, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province said it had received a total of nearly 89 billion VND, of which more than 37 billion VND was received at the program and nearly 52 billion VND was received through the account of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.
Gia Lai province respectfully thanks the noble gestures and kindness of organizations, individuals and businesses inside and outside the province for joining hands with the Party Committee, government and people of Gia Lai province to overcome the difficult period.
At the same time, the province is committed to using public, transparent and effective funding to quickly overcome the consequences of storm No. 13.
