Across Ninh Binh province, from urban to rural, remote and isolated areas, Great Solidarity houses have been and are being built, becoming symbols of the spirit of mutual affection and joint efforts for the poor. Not only helping poor households have stable housing, those houses also add faith and motivation for them to rise up in life.

In a 60m2 house of gratitude built solidly in Tay Son I residential group, Hoa Lu ward, Mr. Nguyen Van Quy (74 years old) shared that his family is in particularly difficult circumstances, his wife and children are weak, and he himself is affected by Agent Orange, so he is often sick.
The house his family used to live in was a level 4 house, built a long time ago, so it has deteriorated, greatly affecting the daily life of the whole family. Faced with that situation, in 2025, the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels mobilized resources to support his family to build a new, more solid and spacious house.
Mr. Quy said that the house was built with an area of 60m2. The entire cost and construction process were done by sponsors, when completed, they organized the handover and the family moved in.

The solidly built house not only helps my family improve the quality of life, "settle down to pursue a career" but is also a great source of encouragement and spiritual boost to help my family overcome adversity and stabilize life" - Mr. Quy shared.
For Ms. Bach Thi Nhuan's family (born in 1987, residing in Dong Van ward, Ninh Binh province), the dream of a solid house is something they dare not think of. Her husband died of a serious illness in 2018, and she alone shouldered the burden of raising two children to study with a meager worker's salary. For many years, her and her children have lived in an old, seriously degraded level 4 house, always worried every time the rainy and storm season comes.
Faced with the difficult circumstances of Ms. Nhuan's family, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Van ward stood up to call for and mobilize organizations and businesses to support the construction of a solid house with a total budget of more than 350 million VND.

Since my husband passed away, my family has fallen into a situation of accumulated difficulties. I only hope that my children and I will have enough to eat and live, but I have never dared to dream of having a new spacious house. Now that dream has come true, I can be more assured to continue working, overcome difficulties and raise my children to adulthood" - Ms. Nhuan shared.
Behind each house built is the joint effort of the government, the Fatherland Front, mass organizations, businesses and kind hearts. These meaningful homes not only help people "settle down" but also create a foundation for them to gradually overcome difficulties and rise up in life.
According to representatives of the leadership of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province, in the period 2024 - 2025, in response to the Campaign "Building houses for poor households and policy households; eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses", the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in Ninh Binh province have called for the joint efforts of officials, party members, businesses and the entire people to support the construction and repair of nearly 1,000 Great Solidarity houses; eliminate more than 2,800 temporary and dilapidated houses.
