Reporting at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Viet Hung Ward said that in recent times, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and socio-political organizations of the ward have made many innovations and creativity in implementing patriotic emulation movements, mobilizing the people to well implement the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws.
Campaigns associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style, the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" and "Creative Solidarity" movements, and local socio-economic development programs have been implemented practically and effectively. In particular, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Viet Hung Ward has proactively promoted and created consensus among the people on major policies such as reorganizing administrative units and perfecting the model of organizing local government at 2 levels.
The methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Viet Hung Ward are constantly being innovated in a flexible direction, close to the grassroots, with the residential group as the center. Management and propaganda work has increased the application of information technology, promoted digital transformation, contributed to improving operational efficiency and people's access to information. The activities of the Residential Area Front Working Committee have been focused on consolidating and gradually improving their quality, promoting their core role in implementing democracy at the grassroots level and strengthening the great national unity bloc.
At the same time, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the ward organized 9 thematic supervision conferences; regularly monitored 584 visits to urban and environmental order; 645 construction works; 145 visits to the "one-stop" department and 274 visits to cadres and party members on the implementation of the Code of Conduct, Resolution 4 of the Central Committee, Directive 050.
Monitoring 6,175/6,198 Party members to maintain contact with the People... Through monitoring, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Viet Hung Ward promptly discovered shortcomings and limitations; proposed many practical recommendations, which were taken up by the government and seriously handled, contributing to improving the effectiveness of management, the quality of service to the People and strengthening the people's trust in local Party committees and authorities.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Dang Thi Phuong Hoa - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Viet Hung Ward should continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation in line with the new organizational model of socio-political organizations and mass organizations under the Vietnam Fatherland Front and relatively independent activities, build coordination programs, unify actions, the Vietnam Fatherland Front must become a center for connecting, attracting and expanding members who are exemplary individuals, representing social classes, contributing to the implementation process, performing well the local political tasks, so that the Vietnam Fatherland Front is truly a political alliance, a voluntary alliance, a typical image of the great national unity bloc in the area...
At the Congress, delegates unanimously elected 66 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ward I, term 2025 - 2030.
At the first conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ward I consulted to elect the Standing Committee of 5 members and the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward. Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee continued to be re-elected as Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Viet Hung Ward, term I, 2025 - 2030.
