On February 25, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFFC) of Vung Tau ward (HCMC) coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment to organize the launching ceremony of "Tet tree planting, forever remembering Uncle Ho".
In the program, the Ho Chi Minh City Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment donated 5,000 green trees to Vung Tau ward.
Mr. Dang Van Khoa - Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Member of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment - said that he is very honored to join hands in coordinating and awarding Vung Tau ward 5,000 green trees planted on roads and campuses in the area. This not only contributes to building a "green lung" in the locality but also wishes that planting and protecting green trees will always be a regular and long-term responsibility. At the same time, the Association plans to donate about 5,000 green trees to Long Son commune and Rach Dua ward to support each locality in implementing tree planting activities, improving the landscape and raising environmental awareness in the community.

Mr. Vu Dang Khoa - Chairman of the VFFC of Vung Tau ward - said that the locality will always maintain and promote the movement "Tet tree planting forever remembers Uncle Ho", because this is not only an activity to honor cultural traditions, contribute to creating a green - clean - beautiful landscape, but also to show a sense of responsibility in environmental protection and response to climate change.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, delegates, guests and a large number of volunteers, union members, and association members directly participated in planting trees on land plot No. 21 Thong Nhat, Vung Tau ward.
