Presenting the draft Political Report at the Congress, Comrade Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Central organizations, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agency, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - said that the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is the Party Committee at the level directly above the grassroots party organization, directly under the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations, with the function of leading the implementation of political tasks, Party building work according to the provisions of the Party Charter and guiding documents for implementation.
With more than 500 Party members participating in activities in 15 Party committees and subordinate Party cells, the Party Committee has an important position and role in leading and directing Party organizations, cadres and Party members of general advisory agencies, public service units of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to promote proactiveness and creativity, improve the effectiveness of advisory work on the successful implementation of resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Party Central Committee, Politburo, Secretariat and Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, and Central organizations. Thereby, strongly promoting the core political role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to consolidate, strengthen and promote the strength of national solidarity in the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise.
In the 2020-2025 term, Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units, leaders and directors will implement political tasks and Party building work in the context of the world and the country suffering severe consequences due to the COVID-19 pandemic; the world and regional situation develops rapidly, is complicated, unpredictable, many factors suddenly arise, is unprecedented, and has many aspects affecting our country's socio-economy. Faced with intertwined challenges and difficulties, Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units at all levels have focused on leading cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees and workers to be united, proactive, creative, striving to achieve important and comprehensive results in many fields. The Party Executive Committee has correctly identified key and key tasks to focus on leadership and direction to achieve many important results, completing the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and assigned by the superior Party Committee.
The 2025-2030 term marks a new step in the development of the organization, improvement of the apparatus, and improvement of the effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the direction of the Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat and the General Secretary on building a streamlined apparatus that operates effectively and efficiently, requiring each Party organization and Party member of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to constantly strive, unite, join hands, be unanimous, proactive, actively innovate, and complete the political tasks and Party building work of the Party Committee.
The highlight of the term is the fact that the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has proactively advised many in-depth, quality and effective contents such as: Preparation and organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congresses at all levels and the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024 - 2029; Organizing meetings and gratitude for Dien Bien soldiers, youth volunteers, and street workers (directly participating in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign); The Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee coordinated with the Government to organize a launching ceremony for the emulation movement of the whole country joining hands to "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in 2025; Implementing the summary of the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQT/TW/10/2017, dated October 25 of the 12th Party Central Committee on " one-stop-shop" on the issue of "inalyzing the political system, streamlining and streamlining the apparatus, continuing to organize and effectively reorganizing the apparatus...
Over the past term, the Party Executive Committee has correctly identified key and key tasks to focus on leadership and direction to achieve many important results, completing the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and assigned by the superior Party Committee. In particular, every year, 100% of Party cells are classified as having completed their tasks or above and are awarded certificates of merit for "Exemplary Clean and Strong Party Cell"; many Party cells and Party members have been awarded Certificates of Merit by the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc for 5 consecutive years of excellent completion of tasks. During the term, the Party Committee is always classified as "Completing tasks well" or better, in which 2024 is classified as "Completing tasks excellently".
On the basis of thoroughly grasping the resolutions and directives of the Central Committee, the leadership and direction of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations; the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front identifies the goals, targets, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its affiliated Party organizations.
