At the meeting with voters, representatives of the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh province gave an overview of the expected content and program of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
As scheduled, the 10th Session will open on October 20, 2025 and close on December 12, 2025.
The session will meet continuously, in the form of a concentrated session at the National Assembly House (Hanoi city).
At this session, the National Assembly will discuss, consider and approve 42 draft laws and 3 resolutions.
Delegates and voters also listened to a summary report on the results of the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation since the 9th Session and a number of key tasks in the coming time.
Accordingly, after the 9th Session, the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh province held a meeting with voters to report the results of the 9th Session to voters and people in the province.
At the same time, fully receive voters' opinions and recommendations to send to competent authorities for consideration and resolution according to regulations.
Also at the meeting, voters contributed many enthusiastic opinions, reflecting on real life and hoping that the National Assembly, the Government, relevant ministries and branches would pay attention to resolving them. Specifically: regulations on the authority of the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level in handling current administrative violations of land; adjusting support policies for flood-divided and flood-prone areas in the Red River system; the arrangement of mass associations, the arrangement of public service units.
Continue to have policies and regimes for cadres who wish to retire early from work; strengthen supervision of the operation of local government at two levels, so that all levels and sectors in the province can effectively implement; increase the basic salary level, and at the same time review allowances for commune-level cadres.
There are treatment policies to attract and retain qualified doctors working at commune-level health stations, as well as investing in facilities for health stations...
