On the afternoon of July 16, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Tu Minh Ward (Hai Phong City) held the first Committee Conference to announce the Decision to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, perfecting the organization and implementation of the direction of activities in the new period. The conference took place after the ward-level administrative units were rearranged according to regulations.
At the conference, the ward's leadership representative announced the Decision to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tu Minh Ward and approved the list of key personnel. The conference discussed and agreed on the Operating Regulations to ensure compliance with local practical conditions and the provisions of the Front Charter.
In his speech, Mr. Vu Cuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee - affirmed the core role of the Fatherland Front in consolidating the great national unity bloc, strengthening the people's trust in the Party and the government.
Mr. Cuong suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tu Minh Ward urgently stabilize the organization, promote the role of a bridge between the Party, government and people, effectively implement the coordination and unification program, actively contribute to the tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security in the area.
The successful organization of the first Conference is of great significance in strengthening the organization of the Front after the merger, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the political system at the grassroots level.
