Continuing to work in the afternoon of March 6, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai and candidates for the 16th National Assembly, term 2026-2031 attended the voter contact conference at polling station No. 5 Phu Tho in Luong Son commune, Phu Tho province.

Attending the voter contact conference were Mr. Nguyen Phi Long - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Agencies; Mr. Pham Dai Duong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Bui Minh Chau - Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Phu Tho province; along with leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho province and voters in Luong Son, Lien Son, Cao Duong, Lac Thuy, An Binh, An Nghia, Kim Boi, Muong Dong, Dung Tien, Hop Kim, Nat Son communes.

Voting unit No. 5 of Phu Tho province has 5 candidates for the 16th National Assembly: Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Agencies, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Nguyen Cao Son - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial Business Association; Mr. Ngo Minh Trong - Director of Tan Truong Son One Member Limited Liability Company, Member of the Executive Committee of the Phu Tho Provincial Business Association; Ms. Bui Thi Kim Tuyen - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Principal of Phu Tho Provincial Political School; Ms. Doan Thi Hong Viet - Chief Lecturer, Faculty of State and Law, Phu Tho Provincial Political School.

After listening to representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho province introduce a summary biography of the candidates, the candidates presented the Action Program of the candidate for the 16th National Assembly, term 2026 - 2031.
In the content of her Action Program, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, wishes to continue to become a National Assembly Deputy to represent voters to participate with National Assembly deputies in deciding issues under the authority of the National Assembly.
At the same time, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai affirmed that in her working position, the Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is committed to constantly training and striving to perform well the assigned tasks, and to do well the role and responsibilities of a National Assembly deputy.
She will regularly be close and attached to voters and people; fully participate in National Assembly sessions, voter meetings, citizen receptions, listen to opinions, thoughts, and legitimate aspirations of voters to truthfully and promptly reflect to the National Assembly; urge relevant agencies to promptly consider and resolve voters' recommendations.

Emphasizing the socio-economic development situation, national defense and security, and the material and spiritual life of the people in Phu Tho province in the past time, the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front affirmed that he will closely coordinate and accompany the province to propose to the Central Government, the National Assembly, the Government, and central ministries and branches to improve the legal system, mechanisms, policies, remove bottlenecks, difficulties, and obstacles, and promote development.
Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai also expressed interest in building economic development policies associated with ensuring social security.
Units effectively implement national target programs, especially the socio-economic development program for ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
The programs contribute to creating conditions for Phu Tho province to better promote its advantages as the center of the Northern Midlands and Mountains region, developing rapidly and sustainably, harmonizing economic growth with progress and social justice, ensuring that all people participate and enjoy the fruits of development.
