Responding to the requirements of innovating the methods of operation of the grassroots political system in the implementation of the 2-level local government model, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Binh Thanh Ward has worked with socio-political organizations, cadres and civil servants in the area to discuss solutions to improve the quality of cadres, civil servants and workers, associated with listening, understanding and orientation from practice.
According to Ms. Hoang Mai Quynh Hoa - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thanh Ward, during the implementation period of the two-level government with many innovations in organization, apparatus and operating mechanisms, the team of cadres, civil servants and workers plays a central role in effectively operating the political system, building trust among the people and ensuring stability and sustainable development at the grassroots level.
