On the afternoon of September 9, Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province attended and awarded the 80-year Party Badge to Party member Hoang Thi Son at the Binh Thuan village Party Cell, Nghia Tam Commune Party Committee.
On behalf of the leaders of Lao Cai province, Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc awarded the 80-year Party Badge and presented flowers to congratulate veteran party members.
Born on December 11, 1927, Ms. Hoang Thi Son is 99 years old this year. In 80 years of standing in the ranks of the Party, she has gone through the years when the country was still at war, together with her homeland going through many revolutionary stages and witnessing the changes of the country.
Born into a family with revolutionary traditions, throughout her work and dedication, Ms. Hoang Thi Son always maintained the qualities and beliefs of a Party member, wholeheartedly contributing to the Party, homeland and people.
The 80-year Party badge is therefore not only a milestone in time but also the crystallization of the process of training, dedication and preserving the qualities of party members through many historical periods.
The Party Badge awarding ceremony is also an opportunity for officials and party members of Nghia Tam commune to review the glorious tradition of the Party and express their gratitude to previous generations of party members.
