On September 22, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Hai Duong Ward, Hai Phong City organized a conference to hand over the functions and tasks of advising on mass mobilization work from the Party Building Committee to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of the ward.
At the conference, the Party Committee Office announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee on transferring the functions and tasks of advising on mass mobilization work from the Party Building Committee to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Ward.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Pham Cong Quan - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Council requested the two agencies to uphold the spirit of responsibility, thoroughly review and fully hand over the system of dossiers and documents on mass mobilization work, including both paper and electronic data, ensuring unity and convenience in management and task implementation.
Immediately after receiving, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward needs to urgently stabilize work, assign specific tasks, clearly define the responsibilities of each focal point, and ensure that advisory work on mass mobilization is deployed continuously and smoothly.
Party Secretary emphasized that receiving tasks must be associated with promoting the role of the Fatherland Front in mass mobilization work, putting assigned tasks into practice, improving the efficiency of coordination and implementation. Thereby, continuing to promote the role of the Fatherland Front in gathering and mobilizing people, contributing to the good implementation of local political tasks.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Chi - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward received the direction of the Party Secretary; and affirmed that she will focus on fully receiving the functions and tasks assigned, promptly assigning work, clearly defining the responsibilities of each department and individual, ensuring that advisory work on mass mobilization is maintained continuously, smoothly, and without interruption during the transition process.
At the conference, Ms. Tran Thi Hong Nga - Head of the Party Building Board of the ward and Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Chi - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, representatives of the two agencies, signed the handover minutes of functions and tasks of advising on mass mobilization work in the presence of leaders of the ward Party Committee.
