On the morning of March 14, Mr. Le Tri Thanh - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City - came to inspect the election preparation work in Hai Chau ward (Da Nang City).

Through actual inspection, Mr. Le Tri Thanh highly appreciated the proactiveness and seriousness of the locality in preparing for the election day. The preparation stages were deployed thoughtfully and in accordance with regulations; the atmosphere in the ward was joyful, people actively responded and joined hands towards the Mountain and River Festival.
Also on the same day, leaders of Hai Chau ward organized an inspection of 43 polling stations in the area. The Election Boards and Election Teams actively organized meetings to deploy tasks, review procedures, and conduct trial operations to serve the election day; and urgently completed the decoration and preparation of facilities at the polling stations.
Previously, on the afternoon of March 13, Hai Chau ward organized a trial operation of the voting process to serve the preparation for the 16th National Assembly Deputy Election Day and delegates of People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
At the trial run, the participating forces fully implemented the steps in the election process such as: receiving voters, guiding the inspection of voter lists, issuing ballots, guiding voters to write votes, vote into ballot boxes and service and operation stages at the polling station.
The trial run aims to check the coordination between members of the Election Team, and at the same time review the organizational process, facilities and necessary conditions at the polling station. Through this activity, relevant departments promptly draw experience, adjust limitations, thereby ensuring that the election process is implemented in accordance with regulations, strictly, and scientifically.


According to Mr. Nguyen Van Duy - Chairman of Hai Chau Ward People's Committee, by March 14, the decoration of the ceremony and preparation of facilities at the voting areas in the area have basically been completed, ready to serve the Country Festival.
On March 14, we will conduct a final inspection and review at all 43 polling stations, ensuring that all preparations are completed before 3 pm," Mr. Duy said.
