In particular, when reflecting, it is necessary to describe the type of pollution (wastewater, exhaust gas, solid waste, noise); the nature and extent of incidents occurring immediately, suddenly or frequently, continuously; the scope and extent of pollution or information about changes in the current state of environmental quality that may be caused by waste discharge.

The complainant can include images, videos, audio recordings, documents, records and other related information if any.

Feedback and recommendations are received through phone calls, texting to hotline numbers, hotline emails; feedback directly at the agency headquarters or through postal services.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper had many articles reflecting the environmental pollution situation in Can Tho City of a constructive nature, contributing to pointing out "bottlenecks" in non-synchronous waste treatment infrastructure, discharge pressure on river and canal systems, affecting urban aesthetics, people's health,... along with recommendations and solutions from localities, functional sectors, and experts.

Currently, it is easy to see that in Can Tho City, waste sorting at source according to regulations has not been implemented synchronously and thoroughly. This is considered one of the reasons causing difficulties in environmental management and solid waste treatment.
