Warning in the next 6 hours, the above provinces will continue to have rain with accumulated rainfall commonly in Phu Tho, Quang Ninh from 30-50mm, in some places over 70mm; in Lang Son, Bac Ninh from 30-60mm, in some places over 100mm; in Thanh Hoa from 20-30mm, in some places over 40mm; in Nghe An from 10-20mm, in some places over 30mm; in Ha Tinh from 5-10mm, in some places over 20mm.
