From the morning of November 3 to the morning of November 5, the area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai will have moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain with rainfall from 100 - 200mm, locally over 350mm. Warning of the risk of local heavy rain (rainfall greater than 150mm within 6 hours).
During the day and night of November 3, the Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy rain with rainfall ranging from 15 - 30mm, and some places over 60mm. Thunderstorms will be concentrated in the afternoon and evening.

From the morning of November 5 to the morning of November 6, the area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai will have heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms with common rainfall of 70 - 150mm, locally over 300mm; in the area from Ha Tinh to Da Nang, common rainfall is 100 - 250mm, locally over 350mm.
The meteorological agency forecasts that heavy rain in the central provinces is likely to last for many days and may extend down to Binh Dinh.
Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting warns that the risk level of natural disasters caused by heavy rain, tornadoes, and lightning is level 1, and the area from Ha Tinh to Da Nang is level 2.
Heavy rain and localized heavy rain can cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods in small rivers and streams, and landslides on steep slopes.
