March 3rd day and night, the Gulf of Tonkin has strong winds of level 6, gusts of level 7 - 8, rough seas; sea waves are 2 - 3m high.
The Northern East Sea area (including the Hoang Sa special zone) has strong winds of level 6, gusts of level 7 - 8; especially the northeast sea area sometimes level 7, gusts of level 8 - 9, strong rough seas; waves 2 - 4m high.
Night of March 3rd, sea area from South Quang Tri to Quang Ngai: wind gradually strengthens to level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts level 7 - 8, rough seas; waves are 1 - 2m high.
March 3rd, the Gulf of Tonkin, the northern sea area of the Northern East Sea and the sea area from South Quang Tri to Quang Ngai will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.
On March 4th day and night, in the Northern East Sea area (including Hoang Sa special zone), northeast winds will be strong at level 6, especially in the northeast sea area, sometimes level 7, gusts at level 8 - 9, strong sea waves, waves 2 - 4m high.
On March 4, the sea area from South Quang Tri to Quang Ngai will have strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7 - 8, rough seas, sea waves 1 - 2m high.
The meteorological agency warns that the level of natural disaster risk at sea is level 2. All ships operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
