On the day and night of November 11, the sea area east of the northern East Sea will have storms and rain. Strong winds of level 7 - 8, near the storm center, level 9 - 11, gusts of level 2; rough seas; waves 4 - 6 m high, near the storm center 7 - 9 m.
On the day and night of November 12, the northeastern sea area of the northern East Sea will have strong winds of level 6 - 8, the area near the storm's eye will have strong winds of level 9 - 10, gusts of level 12; waves 4 - 6 m high, the area near the storm's eye will have 6 - 8 m; the sea will be very rough.
The meteorological agency warns, the level of natural disaster risk at sea is level 3. All ships operating in the above area are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
