Day and night of February 7, the North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa special zone) will gradually have strong northeast winds of level 6 - 7, gusts of level 8 - 9; strong rough seas; waves 4 - 6m high.
On February 7, the Gulf of Tonkin will have strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6; from the night of February 7, it will gradually strengthen to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusts of level 8 - 9; strong sea waves; waves 2 - 3m high.
Night of February 7, the sea area from South Quang Tri to Dak Lak will gradually strengthen northeast winds to level 6, gusting to level 7; rough seas; waves 2 - 4m high.
The meteorological agency warns that the level of natural disaster risk at sea is level 2. All ships operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
