The meteorological agency warns of the risk of heavy rain with rainfall greater than 150mm within 3 hours.

The meteorological agency forecasts that from the night of August 31, heavy rain will gradually decrease in the midlands, the Northern Delta and from Thanh Hoa to Hue.
