According to data from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, currently, the South Central and Southern Central Highlands regions have rain, moderate rain, locally heavy rain to very heavy rain and thunderstorms.

In the Central region, Southern Central Highlands and Southeast region on December 7, it is forecasted to have rain, showers, locally heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms with rainfall from 15 - 30mm, some places over 70mm.
The Meteorological Agency warns that thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. Localized heavy rains may cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods in small rivers and streams; and landslides on steep slopes.
Regarding the December rain trend, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting predicts that the Central Central and South Central regions will continue to experience widespread moderate to heavy rain.
In addition, there is still the possibility of dangerous weather phenomena such as tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind across the country.
