Currently, the northern area of the North East Sea has strong northeast winds of level 6; in the southern Gulf of Tonkin, the southern East Sea, the sea area from Lam Dong to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to An Giang and the Gulf of Thailand, there are scattered showers and thunderstorms.
On the night of November 17 and November 18, in the North East Sea area including Hoang Sa special zone, the northeast wind will gradually increase to level 7 - 8, gusting to level 9 - 10, rough seas; waves 3 - 5m high, then increase to 4 - 6m.
In the Gulf of Tonkin, the northeast wind will gradually increase to level 7, sometimes level 8, gusting to level 9 - 10, rough seas; waves 2 - 3m high, then increase to 3 - 5m.
From early morning on November 18, the sea area from southern Quang Tri to Quang Ngai and the northern sea area of the central East Sea will have northeast winds gradually increasing to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8 - 9, rough seas; waves 4 - 6m high.
From the evening of November 18, the sea area from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa will have northeast winds gradually increasing to level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8, rough seas; waves 3 - 5m high.
In addition, on the night of November 17 and November 18, the central and southern East Sea area includes Truong Sa special zone, the southern Gulf of Tonkin, the sea area from southern Quang Tri to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to An Giang and the Gulf of Thailand will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 6 - 7.

The sea area from southern Quang Tri to Quang Ngai and the northern sea area of the central East Sea will have strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, waves 4-6m high, rough seas.
