Recorded on the evening of November 17, hundreds of people were present early to queue up to reserve their seats, waiting for the next day to submit their documents.


Preparing the documents from the same afternoon, but due to the large number of documents, Ms. Tran Thi Mai (name changed) was scheduled to submit the documents the next day.
At around 5pm, right after the afternoon application pick-up shift, Ms. Mai and her family returned to line up to reserve their seats, ready to wait all night to have the opportunity to submit their application early the next day.
"My younger brother and I had to take turns holding our seats. If there is only one person, then just leaving the position will be a loss, so the family has to go with two people. I hope to be able to submit documents for this project soon tomorrow morning" - Ms. Mai said.
Similarly, Ms. Le Thi My (Tien Loc commune, Hanoi) said she had been keeping her seat since 7:00 p.m. on November 17. Her family has rented a house in Hanoi for many years, so she hopes to buy a social housing to stabilize her life.
By 10pm, more and more people came to stay at the gate of the Center for Culture - Information and Sports of Thien Loc Commune, the CT3 Kim Chung social housing application reception point. Many people brought chairs, tarps and food to wait overnight.



Previously, on the afternoon of November 17, the reporter recorded thousands of people lining up in the rain to wait to submit documents to buy social housing at the project.
Talking to Lao Dong, Mr. Le Ngoc Uoc - Deputy Director of the Real Estate Department of Viglacera Corporation - JSC - said that today the unit is trying to receive and distribute the order to the people. From morning to afternoon, it has received nearly 1,000 people and had to work overtime to serve the people.
The investor recommends that people should not queue overnight or divide the number to reserve, because the time to receive the application is long and all people coming will be given a consecutive number, with a deadline for submitting the application.
It is known that the total number of apartments in CT3 building is 1,104, including 929 social housing units and 175 commercial apartments.
