The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 13 (134 - 149 km/h), gusting to level 16. The storm is moving northwest at a speed of about 15 km/h.
It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, storm Usagi will move northwest at a speed of about 15km/h, entering the northeastern part of the East Sea. At 4:00 p.m. on November 15, the center of the storm will be at about 20.9 degrees north latitude - 119.7 degrees east longitude; in the northeastern part of the East Sea.
The strongest wind near the storm center is level 13, gusting to level 16.
It is forecasted that in the next 48 hours, storm Usagi will move north-northeast at a speed of about 10 - 15 km/h. At 4:00 p.m. on November 16, the center of the storm will be at about 22.3 degrees north latitude - 120.1 degrees east longitude; in the sea southwest of Taiwan (China).
