In Bach Long Vi, there is strong northeast wind level 6, gusting to level 8; Co To has wind gusting to level 7 - 8.

On September 23, the Gulf of Tonkin is forecast to have strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas; waves 2-3m high. From the afternoon of September 23, the wind will gradually decrease.

The meteorological agency added that winds over the seas are gradually weakening.

However, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting continues to warn that the risk of natural disasters due to strong winds at sea is level 2.

All vessels operating in the above areas will be at high risk of being affected by cyclones, strong winds and large waves.
