The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that the weather forecast for the North is expected to continue to have scattered showers and thunderstorms until September 12.
The Northern region and Thanh Hoa will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy to very heavy rain.
The Central and Southern highlands will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the late afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.
Other areas will have showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night, sunny during the day.
The meteorological agency warns that thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has made a statement on notable weather trends in some areas from the night of September 13 to September 21.
The Northern region and the area from Thanh Hoa to Hue city from the night of September 13 to September 21, are forecast to have showers and thunderstorms in some places.
The South Central Coast region from the night of September 13 to September 21 is forecast to have scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the late afternoon, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.
The Central and Southern Highlands will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening, locally heavy rain; from around September 16 to 21, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, locally heavy to very heavy rain.
