Weather forecast for the next 24 to 48 hours
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that in the next 24 to 48 hours, the weather in all three regions will not fluctuate significantly.
The Northwest will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, sunny in the afternoon; the Northwest region will have sunny days, some places will be hot.
The Northeast and Thanh Hoa will have light rain, drizzle and fog at night and in the morning.
In the area from Nghe An to Hue in the late afternoon and evening of March 13, there is forecast to be scattered rain, showers and thunderstorms in some places. From March 14, there will be rain in some places, fog and light fog scattered in the early morning, sunny in the afternoon.
Other areas will have showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night; sunny during the day, especially in the Central Highlands and the South. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

From the night of March 15, the weather is likely to turn cold. From March 17, the rain will decrease, and there will be sunshine again.
The North Central region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms from around the night of March 15 to 16, then some rain in some places. From March 16, the North Central region is likely to turn cold.
From around the night of March 15, Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa is forecast to have scattered showers and thunderstorms.
Other areas from the night of March 15 to March 23 will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night, sunny during the day, with some places in the Central Highlands and the South being hot. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
