The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that the weather forecast for the North will change from September 9.

The meteorological agency warns that thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

The area from Nghe An to Ha Tinh will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; especially from the night of September 9 to 11, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain.
The Central and Southern Highlands will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain.
Other areas from the night of September 9 to September 12 will have scattered showers in the late afternoon and evening and thunderstorms in some places.
