The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (October 13) in areas across the country.
The Northeast region and the area from Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh from the afternoon and night of October 13 will start to be affected by weak cold air, forecast to have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain.
The South Central Coast, Central Highlands and South regions will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 24-26 degrees Celsius.
