The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (November 16) in areas across the country.
The Northern region and Thanh Hoa and Nghe An are forecast to have rain in some places at night, fog in some places in the early morning, and sunny during the day. Cold at night and early morning.
The area from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, some places will have very heavy rain.
Other areas will have showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night, with rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms during the day, and some places will have heavy rain.
