Accordingly, due to the influence of the strengthening cold air, in the early morning of March 16, the Northern and North Central regions will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places.
The Southern region will have showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night; sunny during the day, some places will be hot.

Hanoi
Lowest temperature: 16-18 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 26-28 degrees Celsius.
