The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (December 17) in areas across the country.
The Northern region will have scattered rain, showers and thunderstorms in some places. Cold weather, some places are very cold.
The area from Quang Tri to Da Nang city, the east of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak will have rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms at night and sunny days.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 17-19 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 21-23 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy, scattered rain. Light wind. Cold weather.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 15-18 degrees Celsius, some places below 14 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 20-23 degrees Celsius, some places above 23 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Light wind. Cold weather, some places are very cold. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 16-19 degrees Celsius, mountainous areas below 16 degrees Celsius.
