The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (February 17) in regions across the country.
The Northern region has rain and scattered light rain, cold weather due to the impact of cold air.
The Southern region in the late afternoon and night has showers and thunderstorms in some places; sunny during the day, hot sun in some places in the East.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 19-21 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 21-23 degrees C.
Cloudy, with rain and scattered light rain. Light wind, tomorrow northeast wind level 2-3. Cold weather.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 19-22 degrees C, in some places below 18 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 22-25 degrees C, especially in the Northwest region, some places above 25 degrees C.
Cloudy, with rain and scattered light rain. Light wind. Cold at night and in the morning.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 18-21 degrees C, mountainous areas in some places below 17 degrees C.
