The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (October 19) in areas across the country.
Due to the influence of cold air, in the Northeast region, on the night of October 18 and the morning of October 19, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. On land, the wind will shift to northeast level 2-3, coastal areas level 3-4.
The area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai will have moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; especially tonight and tomorrow afternoon, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 23-25 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 29-31 degrees Celsius.

Northwest
