The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting predicts that the weather in the North will change due to the impact of cold air.

The Northern and Thanh Hoa regions will have scattered showers and thunderstorms at night and sunny days; the Northeast region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms on the night of October 18 and 19.
The area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, some places will have very heavy rain.
Other areas will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night, with some places having heavy rain.
The meteorological agency warns that thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Weather trend forecast from the night of October 19 to October 27
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has made a statement on notable weather trends in some areas from the night of October 19 to October 27.

The Northern region will have rain in some places. On October 19, the weather will turn cool. From October 20, the night and morning will be cold, and some mountainous areas will be cold.
The North Central and Central Central regions will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; especially from October 23 to 26, the Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai area is likely to experience a widespread heavy rain.
Other areas from October 20 to 27 will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain.
