The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (November 19) in areas across the country.
Due to the influence of the strengthening cold air, in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An, there will be rain, showers and thunderstorms in some places. The North and North Central regions are cold; the mountainous and midland areas of the North are very cold, the high mountains have some places with severe cold, the Northern Delta has some places with severe cold.
The area from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa will have widespread heavy rain due to the influence of increased cold air combined with disturbances in the high-altitude easterly wind zone.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 13-15 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 16-18 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy, rain and showers at night and early morning; then there will be rain in some places. Northeast wind level 3-4. Cold weather.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 12-15 degrees Celsius, some places below 8 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 15-17 degrees Celsius, some places above 17 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy, rain and showers at night and in the morning. Light wind. Severe cold, some places are severely cold; Lai Chau - Dien Bien is cold, some places are very cold.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 12-15 degrees Celsius, mountainous and midland areas 9-12 degrees Celsius, high mountainous areas below 5 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 15-18 degrees Celsius.
