The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (November 18) in areas across the country.
Due to the impact of strong cold air, the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have rain, showers and thunderstorms in some places. The weather will turn cold; the mountainous and midland areas of the North will be very cold, the high mountains will have some places with severe cold, the Northern Delta will have some places with severe cold.
The area from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa will have widespread heavy rain due to the influence of increased cold air combined with disturbances in the high-altitude easterly wind zone.
The Southern region will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 12-15 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 19-21 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy, with rain, showers. Northeast wind level 2-3. The weather will turn cold, some places will be very cold.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 11-14 degrees Celsius, some places below 7 degrees Celsius; Lai Chau and Dien Bien 15-18 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 19-22 degrees Celsius, some places above 22 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy, with rain, showers and thunderstorms in some places. Light wind. Severe cold, some places are very cold.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 13-16 degrees Celsius, mountainous and midland areas 11-13 degrees Celsius, high mountainous areas below 7 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 19-22 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy, with rain, showers and thunderstorms in some places. Northeast wind level 3-4, coastal areas level 4-5, some places level 6, gust level 7. Thanh Hoa to Hue
Lowest temperature: North 14-17 degrees Celsius; South 18-22 degrees Celsius.

South Central Coast
Lowest temperature: 22-25 degrees Celsius.
