The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (November 29) in areas across the country.
The Northern and North Central regions generally have no rain, cold at night and in the morning, and some mountainous areas in the North are very cold. The highlands of the North are wary of the possibility of frost.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; the night and early morning will be cold.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 11-13 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 23-25 degrees Celsius.
Few clouds, no rain at night, sunny during the day. Northeast to north wind level 2-3. Cold at night and morning.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 9-12 degrees Celsius, some places below 8 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 23-26 degrees Celsius.
Few clouds, no rain at night, fog in some places in the early morning, sunny during the day. Light wind. Cold at night and morning, some places are very cold; high mountainous areas should be on guard against the possibility of frost.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 11-14 degrees Celsius, mountainous areas below 9 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 23-26 degrees Celsius.
Few clouds, no rain at night, fog in some places in the early morning, sunny during the day. Northeast to north wind level 2-3. Cold at night and morning, some mountainous areas are very cold; high mountainous areas should be on guard against the possibility of frost.
Thanh Hoa to Hue
Lowest temperature: 13-16 degrees Celsius, some places below 13 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 23-26 degrees Celsius.

South Central Coast
Lowest temperature: North 18-21 degrees Celsius, South 22-24 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 25-28 degrees Celsius, some places in the South are above 29 degrees Celsius.
