The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (December 4) in areas across the country.
The Northern and North Central regions will have scattered rain and light rain. Cold weather, some mountainous areas of the North are very cold.
The area from South Quang Tri to Da Nang, the east of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa will have moderate rain, widespread heavy rain due to the influence of the strengthening cold air combined with the weakening of the tropical depression circulation from storm No. 15, above which is the disturbance in the winter wind zone.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 16-18 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 21-23 degrees Celsius.

Lowest temperature: 15-18 degrees Celsius, some places below 13 degrees Celsius.

Northeast
Lowest temperature: 15-18 degrees Celsius, mountainous areas 13-15 degrees Celsius, some places below 12 degrees Celsius.
