According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, currently, the inner city of Hanoi is experiencing moderate to heavy rain.

In the next 3 - 6 hours (from 2:00 p.m. on July 14), the inner city of Hanoi and neighboring areas will continue to have heavy rain with common rainfall ranging from 20 - 40mm, some places over 70mm.

This rain is likely to cause flooding for many streets with common depths of 15 - 20cm; some streets are likely to be flooded deeper with a depth of 20 - 40cm.
