This rain may also experience localized rain with high intensity (over 100mm in 3 hours), which increases the risk of flash floods and landslides.
In addition, this rain is not only due to wind convergence, but also the interaction of cold air masses from the north to compress the trough and interact with warm and moist air masses. This conflict makes the atmospheric state more unstable, leading to the possibility of thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind during the rain.
