The area from Thanh Hoa to Hue city from the afternoon of December 13 to the end of December 14 is forecast to have moderate rain, heavy rain with common rainfall from 40 - 70mm, locally very heavy rain with rainfall over 100mm.
The meteorological agency warns of the risk of heavy rain with rainfall greater than 80mm within 3 hours. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. The warning level of natural disaster risk due to heavy rain, tornadoes, lightning, and hail is level 1.
It is forecasted that from the night of December 14, heavy rain in the area from Thanh Hoa to Hue city will gradually decrease.
Da Nang city and the eastern part of Quang Ngai province on the night of December 13 are forecast to have rain, moderate rain with common rainfall from 10 - 20mm, locally heavy rain over 40mm.
