On July 14, according to records, in the area near Datanla bridge on Prenn pass, the construction unit mobilized manpower and machinery to handle the positive taluy slope at risk of landslides.

At the scene, excavators were used to move large volumes of soil and rock that were at risk of sliding down the road surface when it rained heavily; and at the same time, leveling the taluy to reduce the risk of landslides.
According to the construction unit, the treatment location has a positive taluy slope more than 50m high and more than 50m long.
This is one of the points that experienced serious landslides in the 2025 rainy season but has not been thoroughly overcome.

Mr. Le Kim Dien - representative of the construction unit - said that this area has been built with a rock embankment to prevent landslides. However, there are still many large rocks above that are at risk of falling onto the road surface, so it is necessary to continue handling to ensure safety for people and vehicles.
The recovery work is expected to last from July 13 to 16.

To serve the construction, the unit temporarily barricades 2 out of a total of 4 lanes on Prenn Pass, and vehicles circulate on the remaining 2 lanes.
Functional forces arranged people to regulate and divert traffic to ensure smooth and safe traffic throughout the construction period.
