On September 21, Nhat Le Border Guard Station (Quang Tri Border Guard) said that at 8:30 p.m. on September 20, the Border Guard Working Group received a wallet brought by 4 people to report.
The young men include Nguyen Minh Phuong (born in 2008), Tran Duc Viet (born in 2010), Nguyen Ngoc Huan (born in 2010, student of Dong Hoi Vocational School No. 9.) and Ngo Minh Tri (born in 2010, student of class 10A6 at Dao Duy Tu School). All reside in Dong Thuan ward.
Through inspection in front of the above group of people, there were 6,530,000 VND in cash in the wallet; citizen identification card, driver's license, vehicle registration, bank card and some other personal documents.
By the morning of September 21, Nhat Le Border Guard Station had contacted and organized the return of all documents and the above amount to Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan (born in 1984, residing in Tan Phu Residential Area, Dong Thuan Ward) right at the unit.
The honest and timely actions of the group of teenagers were recognized and highly appreciated by border guards and soldiers and considered this a shining example for propaganda and replication in the community.
