According to Ms. Ka But, at this time she was carrying her mother, a dialysis patient, from Lam Dong General Hospital II to her home in Di Linh commune. At this time, Ms. Ka Nhim suddenly felt dizzy, fell into a state of unconsciousness, posing a potential risk of traffic unsafety and seriously affecting her health.
Faced with an emergency situation, the Patrol and Control Team of Bao Loc Pass used a specialized car to take Ms. Ka Nhim and Ms. Ka But home safely in Lien Dam village, Di Linh commune.
